Privacy Policy

Last updated: 13 June 2026 App: Polarity Switch (com.polarityswitch.game)

Polarity Switch is designed to respect your privacy. It does not create accounts, request personal identity information, or ask for device permissions.

Data we collect

For the leaderboard feature only, we collect:

  • Nickname — a name of up to 12 characters that you freely type before playing. It does not need to be your real name.
  • Score — your numeric score at the end of a run.

We do not collect location, contacts, photos, email, phone number, advertising ID, or any other personal data.

How we use data

Your nickname and score are used solely to display the global leaderboard. Data is stored on Google Firebase Firestore and transmitted encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) between your device and the server.

The app contains no ads, and your data is never shared with or sold to any third party.

When offline, scores are kept locally on your device only.

Data retention and security

Data is encrypted in transit and hosted on Google's secure infrastructure (Firebase Firestore). Leaderboard records are retained for as long as the service is offered or until your deletion request is processed.

Data deletion

To request deletion of your nickname and scores, email bubiziyorar@gmail.com. Your request will be processed within a reasonable time.

Children's privacy

The game is suitable for everyone and does not collect data specifically from children. Only the optional nickname and score are stored.

Changes to this policy

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. For significant changes, the "Last updated" date on this page will be revised.
